The Senior Account Manager is responsible for achieving territory sales and margin goals. The position is tasked with developing strong relationships at all accounts to ensure Fruit of the Loom achieves long term growth and profitability with accounts.
The Quality Lab Technician II conducts a wide range of testing on both internal and external garments, fabrics, and components. A person in this role has the authority to counsel customers in relation to business endeavors. This counsel could affect business decisions by members of upper management. This role works more independently and uses data analysis and procedural knowledge to advise the proper interpretation of results. This role has the last word on rejections and criteria decisions.

This position is a Level 1 System technician whose skills and abilities are limited primarily to simple troubleshooting and general maintenance of material handling systems and equipment such as conveyor sortation systems and print and supply systems, to ensure optimal functioning. Primary service requests are server restarts, print and apply applicators, cable installation/runner for access points. Additionally, this position may assist in trouble shooting computer and communication equipment issues to maintain sound operational functionality.
The Talent Systems Administrator provides technical leadership in support of Fruit of the Loom’s talent management platform(s) by planning, implementing and delivering global talent management technology solutions to the business. This role serves as a primary system administrator and consults with business leaders to identify requirements and coordinate with HR and IT teams to fulfill those requirements. The Talent Systems Administrator also is responsible for the day-to-day administration of Fruit of the Loom’s talent technology solutions by providing support to global end users and administrators, supporting and enhancing the governance model and established SOPs, configuring new and existing functionality and managing global security roles.
The Cost Account I will be responsible for compiling production, recording accruals, preparing intercompany invoicing or inventory information to support the month end closing process. This position actively participates in the development and enhancement of published procedures, checklist and calendars and administrating the closing process. This role also includes compiling and analyzing preliminary and final month end cost and quarterly cost reports. Cost Accountant II will participate in the annual budgeting and standard setting process including analyzing and reviewing key information around material cost, standardized rates, pay structures, or spending patterns. This position will also participate in the annual physical inventory in a lead auditor role. This position requires coordination with general accounting, plant personnel, engineering, purchasing, payroll, and manufacturing.
Working under general supervision, the Transportation Operations Specialist II is responsible for planning, managing, and providing routine to moderately difficult transportation solutions in an efficient, timely, and economical manner. Responsibilities include booking shipments with the ocean carriers, load tendering to the truck carriers, monitoring shipments cost and transit time adherence. The position demonstrates knowledge and expertise in multiple lanes, can work through many challenges independently, and is comfortable suggesting solutions to non-standard problems while keeping all stakeholders informed.
The Human Resources Specialist administers HR processes for the facility, including benefits, talent acquisition, talent development, payroll, safety, and health and wellness initiatives. This position guides and supports facility management with employment related matters and ensures legal and company policies and procedures are adhered to. Works with management to support conflict resolution.
This position is responsible for all Product Development functions for Spalding and Dudley brands. Responsibilities include the categories of Inflates, Backboard Systems, Softball Products, accessories, and future line extensions. In alignment with VP, works from Marketing briefs to set the strategic direction for Product Development priorities, product pipeline, project management, and ultimate completion to commercialize all product. Additionally, this role supports international office requests as appropriate and within the existing product priority planning calendars.
Overall management of the PD team which contributes to achieving annual financial performance targets (revenue, operating profit, ROS) through calendar adherence, cost controls, efficient product design, and delivering on Marketing and business strategies. In addition, responsible for leadership in collaborative projects with corporate support teams to achieve business interdependency goals (i.e. Sourcing, Distribution, General Supply Chain). These responsibilities include Q/A processes, factory relationships, communication of Product requirements, and commercialization of product.
The Lead Software Engineer works on an agile software development team to design, build, test and maintain B2B e-commerce applications for all business units of Fruit of the Loom, Inc. Contributes to solution design and architecture discussions. Perform training and demonstrations to stakeholders. Serve as a mentor to less experienced team members. Guide and contribute to software engineering best practices on development teams.
