Assists customers in the selection and purchase of products sold in the Retail Store.  Performs retail activities including, but not limited to, operation of the cash register, stocking of merchandise, operation of heat seal equipment, etc.  Must demonstrate an upbeat and positive attitude at all times.  

The Cost Accountant I will be responsible for compiling production and inventory information, recording accruals, preparing intercompany invoicing to support the month end closing process in compliance with published procedures, checklists, and calendars. This role also includes compiling preliminary and final month end cost reports and performing analysis on key balances.  The Cost Accountant I will participate in the annual budgeting and standard setting process including compiling key information around material cost, standardized rates, pay structures, or spending patterns. This position will also participate in the annual physical inventory.  This position requires coordination with general accounting, plant personnel, engineering, purchasing, payroll, and manufacturing.  

The Graphic Designer II uses color, illustrations, fonts, and layout to visually communicate the product positioning, features, and benefits consistent with Marketing and Brand strategies to appeal to the target audience. This position will create concepts, artwork, and layouts for packaging, merchandising, web sites, landing pages, and other digital content (i.e., banners email assets for retail.com) based on creative briefs and content calendars. The designer will develop and execute superior creative that achieves brand and corporate objectives.   The Graphic Designer II manages multiple projects at various stages of development to a successful and timely conclusion. The position will also effectively present ideas visually and verbally to internal stakeholders and is responsible for accurately executing the electronic art files for print/digital artwork for pre-production and post-production.  

The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for the oversight of marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing Manager to ultimately drive business unit growth and profitability.  Specific responsibilities include project management in partnership with cross-functional teams; management of creative projects such as packaging, merchandising displays and eCommerce needs; new product/style setup; business analytics and reporting.  The Assistant Marketing Manager also collaborates with the manager on budget management, forecast and inventory management, and pricing projects.
