The Senior Account Manager is responsible for achieving territory sales and margin goals. The position is tasked with developing strong relationships at all accounts to ensure Fruit of the Loom achieves long term growth and profitability with accounts.
Manage the relationship with key accounts and develop new accounts to ensure all Fruit of the Loom brands and product lines are sold and territory sales and profit goals are met.
Continuously prospect for new business and new opportunities at key accounts to ensure opportunity sales funnel remains full. Interact with top management at key accounts and potential new accounts weekly, developing and growing a strategic relationship. May require up to 50% travel.
Develop annual account plans that grow market share within accounts.
Work closely with management of other departments within FOTL to make sure the accounts needs are met, while ensuring it is beneficial to the company.
Complete necessary reporting for forecasting, CRM updates, sales reports, return authorizations and other reports deemed necessary by management.
Ensure all areas of the organization and account team members are adequately communicated to on account issues and needs are providing the very best service and communication to accounts.
