Position Summary

The Digital & Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and managing social media content across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, for all brands within the Fruit of the Loom, Inc. umbrella. The Digital & Social Media Specialist interacts directly with our customers through direct messaging, real-time website chats, and via online reviews facilitated by Bazaarvoice and Yotpo.  They must be great communicators, especially via written words.  This role partners with Brand Marketing and the entire Digital Services team to align social media strategy with the overall brand goals and objectives.  Key KPIs for this role include engagement, conversion, sales volume/value and consumer loyalty.

Specific Responsibilities

Social Posting: Create and post engaging and relevant social media content that reflects the brand voice and tone. Strategize with teams to plan, identify and help execute photoshoots as needed for content creation.

Social Listening: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and review on social media platforms, and via website chats. Answer customer questions, respond to reviews, and provide support through platforms such as Yotpo and Bazaarvoice, both on brand.com and retailer sites.

Analysis and Reporting of Social Activity: Across all brands, leverage management tools to analyze and report on social media performance, metrics and trends; provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Research and identify new social media platforms, tools, and best practices.  Stay updated on the latest industry news and developments.

eCommerce: Collaborate with and support the rest of the Digital team in growing the brand.com sites. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure consistency and alignment of social media content and campaigns.

Digital Brand Voice: Partner with Brand Marketing within each Brand to ensure consistency of Brand message across Social Media.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in social media management, preferably in a consumer-facing industry
  • Photoshop or Canva experience
  • Proficiency in use of social media platforms, tools, and analytics, such as Meta’s Business Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as HootSuite.
  • Creative and innovative, with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Customer-oriented, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Job Experience Required

0-3 years of job experience in management of Social Media, preferably managing multiple brands
