The Quality Lab Lead supports all aspects of Fruit of the Loom Corporate Lab and is a lead for the area to ensure turn time and quality of results. Responsibilities include monitoring daily workflow, tracking and maintaining lab requests and results, process documentation and quality testing. This role compiles reports and generates analysis for the department, cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Assume the process lead role to ensure priorities, turn time, and quality of results. Monitor daily workflow, assist in prioritizing requests and setting schedules, and provide guidance and issue resolution. Perform testing and grading. |
Track and maintain Corporate Lab requests, data and results. Key all test record information and product standard and review updates in the FDS system. Track total lab processing time, total test days to complete, and turn time information. Update and maintain performance and machine calibration logs. Prepare monthly reporting or a requested. |
Complete process documentation to ensure processes are well documented and up to date. Collaborate to make process comparisons to international methods. |
Communicate status and results to requestor and key contacts. Notify key contacts of test completion. Provide feedback on results and communicate product concerns and issues. |
Work with partners, employees, consumers, and offshore locations to define and review specifications, suggest alternative methods, and resolve issues. |
