The Benefits Manager administers the health and wellness benefit programs for US, Puerto Rico and Canada operations, ensuring the business has contemporary programs and practices that support the attraction, engagement, wellness and retention of talent. This includes the implementation and administration of plans and programs, as well as the selection and supervision of the benefit providers including brokers and consultants. Additionally, this role oversees administration of the Company’s processes for leaves, and accommodations.
