The Quality Lab Technician II conducts a wide range of testing on both internal and external garments, fabrics, and components.  A person in this role has the authority to counsel customers in relation to business endeavors.  This counsel could affect business decisions by members of upper management.  This role works more independently and uses data analysis and procedural knowledge to advise the proper interpretation of results. This role has the last word on rejections and criteria decisions.

• Complete a full range of testing with minimum amount of sample and repetition with the necessary accuracy following the process tracking system. Maintaining a cleaned and organized area.
• Maintain systems and forma hard copies updated with results.                              
• Conduct data analysis to reach targeted conclusions, having the final decision on rejected samples. Create process documentation and train and supervise coworkers as directed.                       
• Meet with customers and coworkers for discussions, training, correlations, and assessments about the process.

• High school degree or equivalent required, or technical background.
• Ability to perform various jobs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced lab environment.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Three years of experience in quality assurance or laboratory testing required. Education to substitute on a case-by-case basis.
